It ends tomorrow
As does the month November
I will take a break
Christmas approaches
Many presents must be bought
Time for other things.

I have also just discovered the Scrabulous application on Facebook, which is superb. (It’s Scrabble. Which is superb.)
Look me up and challenge me if you fancy some lexicographical combat.

For what I believe to be the first time in my life, I have actually started the Christmas shopping in November. I’m usually a Christmas Eve shopper, purely through lack of organisation, but this time I am ahead of the game. 4 presents bought! 2 of those are for the fiancée (though that’s by no means her sorted) and the others are for two of the guys in the band.
I can’t put into words how pleasing this is. Perhaps this year I can spend Christmas Eve the right way – drinking and/or relaxing with friends.
We shall see.
