I mean, either you're in Neo's universe, in which case he's effectively got supreme power, or you're not, in which case he's just an average Joe. Buffy is interesting though. I would never have thought of her, because I can't fucking stand the program, but she certainly fits the criteria. Hmmm. I would have thought the Saint a better candidate (nb: very definitely not the tv version, rather Charteris's supremely excellent book-hero).
