Four and Twenty

JESUS FUCKING CHRIST.

Like, REALLY.

So, Saffron and I have just finished watching the first series of 24. It’s a bit good, innit!

We were utterly hooked from the first few minutes, and the suspense and cliffhangers never let up until the very end. Hey, I’m sure you all know this, having seen the whole thing, but we skipped it when it was on TV. Thanks to the wonder of DVDs in the post, we watched it on our own schedule.

Oh. My. God.

We are now so hooked. Utter Bauerjunkies. WE WANT MORE. And I still STILL can’t believe *that* twist.

You know the one… revealed at the end of the penultimate episode? Oh yeah, yeah, sure you guessed it all along. Yeah right. Sure.

Did I mention “Oh My God”?

Jeeeez, I know what you mean Clive!!!! I’m a recovering Bauerjunkie myself! You better catch up with series 2 and I’ll lend you series 3 on DVD (the twists & turns and suspense of that one nearly killed me) … couldn’t bear the pain of waiting a week to find out what was gonna happen next so had to buy it … was so bloody gripped with it, I watched all 24 episodes in just over a week. It got ridiculous … I’d put one on just before going to bed around 11 … then find myself still in front of the TV at 4 in the morning! Gonna order series 4 RIGHT NOW … I need another fix!!!!

I was quite into 24 for a while, but I stopped watching about two thirds of the way through season one when I realised that (a) the only reason I was still tuning in was Elisha Cuthbert running in a halter top and (b) I have access to actual porn.
