Don't give me any crap about having a blog, either. I've been doing this since 1998, before "blogging" existed.
Yes, really.

He He !!! …. didn’t know you were referring to me ‘til I clicked on the link. This’ll be a bit painful to read but a mate gave me a new, and in hindsight, DODGY wall hook that the LP was a bit too hefty for. As I reached for it, the hook twisted & gave way – guitar falls straight down onto my Marshall cabinet – bounces off and lands on the floor head(stock) first. Didn’t have a chance to cry ‘cause I had my screwdriver out within seconds taking down my other hooks … all guitars safely tucked-up in their cases now! Don’t worry, I’m not completely Les Paul-less >>> got my lovely ebony/gold LP … might be a bit mollycoddled after that horror show but at least I know it’s safe!
As far as ‘horror’ pics go though, it could be worse :-):-):-) … “This is so sad. Every once in a while a graphic picture of a road accident makes the rounds on the internet. The photograph you are about to view is one of the most hideous displays of road carnage you are ever likely to see. Warning: this photograph may have long lasting traumatic effect on you, not for people with weak stomachs!” Click here >>> http://www.paulhanness.com/bits/carnage.jpg :’-(
that looks repairable to me ..
OOOOOoooooooo!!!! That’s the best news I’ve heard since it happened! In my ignorance, I’d written it off but I’ll definitely look into getting it repaired. Cheers Paul!
